Sometimes you need to put words to what you’re carrying.

And sometimes you need to smash the shit out of a pumpkin.

RELEASE gives you space for both.

Through reflection, connection and the very physical act of smashing a pumpkin, we’ll explore what it can feel like to name something we’ve been carrying and intentionally let some of it go.

There will be room to write. Room to connect. Room to laugh.

And absolutely no requirement to explain why you’re there.
